So much of what makes Thomas Pink special is the fit and tailoring of the garments it sells, so it is imperative that the clothes fit the wearer in the best way possible and that they feel confident in them at all times.

Keen to improve the way its customers search and discover the garments most relevant to their needs, and to capitalize on consumers’ increasing willingness to share data with brands, the Jermyn Street stalwart wanted to find a solution which would allow it to adopt a more personalized and customer-centric approach.

Fits Me created and delivered a fit recommendation solution supported by its rich data set of insight on the changing personal body shapes and preferences of shoppers. Thomas Pink now filters results so only those most relevant appear when searching for a particular garment.
The Fits Me solution integrates with Thomas Pink’s existing analytics systems and enables full, objective reporting on consumer interactions.

Sharara is clear about the conversion benefits of Fits Me. “For any optional button to get a click-through rate of almost 20% is impressive. The maths suggest that the CTR for those who admit they don’t know their size is actually over 40%.”

Customer feedback is equally positive. “No fewer than 44% of Thomas Pink’s customers have said they would not have bought a product from the website without the improved search and discovery process. Another 13% would have bought the wrong size, and 3% would have bought multiple sizes, which always leads to returns.
